Our Services are subject to certain laws and regulations which may require us to process your personal information — for example, to pay taxes, fulfill business obligations, and manage risk as required under applicable law.

We may transfer your personal information for other reasons after obtaining your explicit consent. For health data and spiritual activity data, we will always seek your separate, explicit consent before any sharing beyond what is described in this Policy.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
A. What are Cookies and Tracking Technologies?
Cookies are small data files placed by a web server on your device. We and companies we work with may use cookies and similar technologies — including pixel tags, web beacons, mobile analytics features, and mobile identifiers (collectively, "tracking technologies") — to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, analyze usage, measure performance, and ensure security.
B. Types of Tracking Technologies We Use
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | These are required to provide our Services. They help you navigate within the app, stay logged in, and support security features. Without them, some Services cannot be provided. |
| Functional | These collect information about how you use our Services, provide certain functions, and remember your preferences — including prayer settings and health monitoring configurations. |
| Analytics, Performance & Research | These help us understand how well our Services are performing. They collect information about your use and interaction so that we can continue to improve and expand our Services. |
| Marketing | These collect information about your interactions with our marketing activities and help us measure performance of advertising campaigns. We do not use health or spiritual data for marketing tracking. |
C. How to Manage Tracking Technologies
1) Through Your Browser
You can enable, disable, or delete tracking technologies via your browser settings. Please be aware that disabling cookies may prevent access to some secure areas of the Services.
2) Through Your Mobile Settings
You may control or limit mobile tracking technologies in your device settings. You can opt out of interest-based advertising by selecting "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt-out of Interest-Based Ads" (Android) in your device privacy settings.
3) Through Third Parties
Section 15 below lists our service providers and partners, with links to each third party's website for information about how they use tracking technologies and how you may opt out.
Marketing
We may use your personal information to send you messages about new products and services, events, or other information that may be of interest to you, whether through email or other methods. If you do not wish to receive such information, you can change your account settings or click the "unsubscribe" button in email communications.
Please note that you will not be able to opt out of receiving transactional and health-alert communications, as these are essential to the operation of your ElahRing device and your account.
Security
We take the security of personal information seriously, especially given the sensitive nature of health, biometric, and spiritual data collected through ElahRing. We adopt industry-standard practices to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, and corruption or loss.
For health and biometric data, we implement enhanced security measures including data encryption at rest and in transit, strict access controls, and regular security audits. Spiritual activity data such as prayer logs is stored with equivalent protections and is never accessible to unauthorized personnel.
Please understand that due to the nature of the internet industry, it is impossible to ensure that systems are 100% secure. We also depend on you to keep your account information secure by keeping your password confidential and taking precautions to keep others from accessing your account.
Transfers of Your Personal Information
We are a company operating globally. When you access or use our Services, your personal information will be processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws that are less protective than the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. If you do not want your information transferred to, processed, or maintained outside of the country or jurisdiction where you are located, you should immediately stop accessing or using the Services.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, please refer to Section 13 below for special notices applicable to you.
Access, Modification, and Deletion
You may make changes to the information you provided in conjunction with your account by logging in and changing the applicable information. If you are not able to do so by logging into your account, you may contact us at feedback@blessed-app.com.
If you wish to terminate and delete your account, please contact us at feedback@blessed-app.com or refer to the Account Deletion Guide within the App. Upon deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your health data, biometric data, and spiritual activity data in accordance with applicable law and our retention policy.
Retention
In general, we keep your information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy or to comply with applicable law. Otherwise we will try to delete your personal information upon your request or when we no longer need it for the purposes it was originally collected.
- Account information: Retained as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide you with the requested services.
- Health and biometric data: Retained for as long as your account is active and the data is needed to provide ongoing health monitoring. You may delete your health data at any time from App settings.

We will not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of sixteen (16) without parental consent. If you are under the age of sixteen (16), please do not provide us with information of any kind whatsoever.

If you have reason to believe that we may have accidentally received information from a child under the age of sixteen (16), please contact us immediately at feedback@blessed-app.com.
Do Not Track
Some Internet browsers — like Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari — include the ability to transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Since uniform standards for DNT signals have not been adopted, we currently do not process or respond to DNT signals on our Services.
Your California Privacy Rights
We do not sell personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. This includes your health data, biometric data, and spiritual activity data, which we will never sell under any circumstances.
In addition to the consumer choice mechanisms described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, California consumers may use the Digital Advertising Alliance's tool to send requests under the CCPA for a web browser to opt out of the sale of personal information by accessing the DAA's tool here.
If you live in California, you can ask us for a list of third parties we share your Personal Information with for marketing purposes. California residents may submit requests to feedback@blessed-app.com with the subject line "My California Privacy Rights."
